Hi Everyone(male)I live on the west side of Houston, and I work in the oil & gas industry. I was born in West Virginia, in 1955, but I’ve been in Houston since 1978. I’m not a bar fly, but I really enjoy seeing live musicians do their thing. Mostly I get into blues and bluesy rock, but I also really enjoy singer songwriters a lot. I have been to the Creighton Theater for a couple of shows, Ray Wylie Hubbard and The Flatlanders. I hope to get up there to Conroe more often in the future. I like to go to the festivals when I can, The Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival and The Spring Crawfish Festival. There is almost always music in my house. When I’m hanging around the house, I’m usually always cooking. I have been Vegan for the last 4 or 5 years, so my repertoire has changed a bit. I get a real kick out of feeding my friends. Oh yeah, I love dogs. I have just adopted a new buddy, Merlin. He`s my second Huskie from CAPS. I`ve had rescue dogs all my life. To put myself in a nutshell, I would say that I`m a hard worker, deadpan honest, and I try to live by The Golden Rule. I hold myself to very high moral standards, and I want to surround myself with others who have the same set of ideals.
